E-Week: Sponsorships

On behalf of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln College of Engineering Student Advisory Board, we invite you to be part of our annual Engineers Week traditions by pledging to be a corporate sponsor for 2014.

With the support of last year's sponsors, E-Week 2013 in Lincoln was a great success. We had a large attendance at many of the week's events, and close to 1,000 guests attended the E-Week Open House, including current students, college faculty and staff, prospective students and their parents, alumni, and the Lincoln community. Our 2014 events promise to be even better!

Benefits of Corporate Sponsorship


  • By sponsoring E-Week, your company has the potential to reach more than 1,000 students and guests.
  • Your logo and/or advertisement will be used on event marketing materials targeted to engineering students and alumni through E-Week publicity and t-shirts. Please refer to the Sponsor Information below to view advertisement samples and specifications for submitting your artwork.
  • Gold & Silver Level corporate sponsors are invited to host a booth during the E-Week Open House on Friday, April 25, 2014. You can share general information about your company and/or use this as an opportunity to recruit our students.

Sponsoring this student initiative will provide many excellent opportunities for your company. If you would like to become a corporate sponsor, please complete the E-Week Sponsorship Invoice (Lincoln) and mail it with your check to the address on the form by January 30, 2014. Sponsor Information


Corporate Display Options
  1. Gold & Silver Level Sponsors are invited to host a booth during the E-Week Open House on Friday, April 25, 2014. The display will be visible to Open House visitors of all ages and backgrounds. You can share general information about your company and/or use this as an opportunity to recruit our future graduates.

    Companies will be given one 6- or 8-foot table and assigned to a display location by the E-Week committee. If you want a booth (Gold or Silver Level sponsors) during the E-Week Open House, please contact David Williams, director of Retention, at dwilliams5@unl.edu.

  2. Sponsors can ship materials to the College of Engineering to display during the E-Week activities for current students. These materials will be displayed in the Othmer Hall lobby. Booths will not be staffed. Past sponsors have sent display boards, banners, brochures and posters. If you want a display during the week, please ship your materials to arrive by April 1, 2014.

    Past sponsors have sent prizes such as t-shirts, hats, coffee mugs, pens, GPS navigation systems, and desktop computers. Any donation is greatly appreciated!
