Commencement for Omaha Programs: Faculty RSVP

Commencement exercises for engineering students in Omaha (studying at The Peter Kiewit Institute) will be hosted by UNO and the UNL College of Engineering.

Faculty Information for Commencement Exercises

Attire for Graduation:

Academic Regalia is required to participate in the graduation ceremonies. Rental arrangements should be made in the UNO Bookstore no later than April 1. Late fees apply after April 1. Regalia rental fees for a Bachelor’s regalia is $39.99, Master’s regalia is $79.99, and Doctoral regalia is $85.99. Purchasing options are also available, with robes starting at $169. The last day to cancel your regalia order for a refund is April 5. The regalia pick-up location will be in the Chancellor’s Room, 2nd floor of the Milo Bail Student Center. Pick up dates are Thursday, May 2 between 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. or Friday, May 3 between 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

For UNO Commencement, Saturday - May 4, 9 a.m.: Faculty attending the ceremony should report to HPER 112 at 8:15 a.m. for the processional line-up.

For Omaha Engineering Commencement - Saturday, May 4, 2 p.m.: Faculty attending the ceremony should report to PKI 279 at 1:15 p.m. for the processional line-up. Parking is free throughout the Omaha campus for all faculty, staff, students and visitors on Saturday.
