Twenty-one years of professional experience managing construction projects and infrastructure for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Taught classes too numerous to mention for military personnel on a variety of subjects ranging from the mundane to highly technical. Taught monthly infrastructure courses at the NATO Staff Officers School (Oberammergau) and NATO Logistics School (Hamburg) while assigned to SHAPE.
