Twenty-one years of professional experience managing construction projects and infrastructure for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Taught monthly infrastructure courses at the NATO Staff Officers School (Oberammergau) and NATO Logistics School (Hamburg) while assigned to SHAPE.
