Dr. Paul Savory is Director of Summer Session and Flexible Programs for the University of Nebraska and an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial and Management Systems Engineering. His teaching and research interests include engineering education, discrete-event computer simulation, engineering management, healthcare management, and operations research. He has received numerous department, college, and university awards for his teaching effectiveness with the most recent being the Holling Family Distinguished Engineering Educator Award. In 2003, he was inducted into the UNL Academy of Distinguished Teachers.
