Construction Engineering Technology
The Construction Engineering Technology program is designed for individuals wishing to specialize in construction's technological and applied aspects. Courses concentrate on the application of engineering principles and practices, to solve real problems, in the construction industry. The 133 semester hour program outlined in the Sample Schedule of Classes below leads to the Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology (BSET), with a major option in Construction Engineering Technology (CET). The Construction Engineering Technology curriculum is accredited by the Technology Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (TAC/ABET).
