Course Objectives

For ELEC 316
Electronics and Circuits III

The objectives for this course are for the students to:

• design biasing circuits for field effect transistors,
  
• analyze mid-band amplifier gain for FET amplifiers,
  
• determine transfer functions of circuits and analyze their frequency response,
  
• apply the frequency response concepts to field effect transistor circuits, and
  
• apply the frequency response concepts to bipolar transistor circuits.
