Digital Electronics

For the students to learn:

  • basics of digital integrated circuits.
  • static and dynamic properties of CMOS, TTL, ECL, and GaAs digital ICs.
  • static and dynamic properties of RAM, ROM, and nonvolaitile memories.
  • basic architecture and properties of array-based digital logic circuits. (PLAs, PLDs, EPLDs, fused-based cell structure, RAM-based cell structures).
  • basic bus consideration and inter-family electrical interfaces.
