ELEC 469/869: Analog Integrated Circuits


For the students to:

  • learn basics for analog integrated circuits (IC) design and analysis.
  • learn MOSFET and bipolar analog IC technologies.
  • design analog building blocks; differential pairs, current sources, active loads and output drivers using both manual analysis and simulation tools.
  • learn basics of the design and analysis of selected analog circuits; operational amplifiers, A/D converters, D/A coverters, and Phase Locked Loops.
