Dan Thiele is the founder and President of Thiele Geotech, Inc. He has a broad background in geotechnical, material, environmental, and structural engineering with over 30 years of experience. Dan has extensive experience in geotechnical and material engineering projects in the Midwest, and provides design services for earth retention systems across North America. Thiele Geotech is a specialty engineering firm practicing in the fields of geotechnical, material, and environmental engineering with over 60 employees spread across 2 offices.
Dan received Bachelors of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Nebraska and 24 other states. Dan serves on several civic and professional boards, including President of the Nebraska Society of Professional Engineers Education Foundation, President of the Professional Engineers Coalition, Past President of Sarpy County Economic Development Corporation, and former Chairman of the Board of Skutt Catholic High School.
