Leadership

In its simplest form, leadership is about influencing others to create positive change. It is not an oversight to say that to engineer is to lead others to a solution. As such, practicing engineers much lend their expertise in the service of society to those engaged in the solution.

From student organizations to classroom projects, you’ll be given many opportunities to lead in the College of Engineering. The question is, do you know how to lead? Motivate a team? Identify and/or leverage the varied complementary skill sets of your teammates in order to yield desired results of the task? Give constructive feedback?
