What is the Engineering Student Organization Leadership Conference?
This leadership conference will provide members of your organization the opportunity to learn about the resources available to you through eSAB and ESS.  There will also be opportunities to collaborate with other engineering student organizations as well as leadership developmental sessions focused to help strengthen you and your organization.  You will leave the conference with a working document to begin conversations with your executive board about your strategic plan for this year and the next few years.

Saturday, September 13, 2014
The event will start at 8:00 a.m. in The Peter Kiewit Institute (PKI) 160 for Omaha campus students and 9:00 a.m. in City Union Regency Suite for Lincoln campus students.  Omaha students will be transported to Lincoln in the morning and the conference will end at 4 p.m.  Lunch will be provided by the College of Engineering.  There is a mandatory leadership orientation session that your president, treasurer, or both must attend.

(Lincoln campus) If you do not attend, your organization will not achieve RSO status and will lose your SOFS account and ability to coordinate events on campus.

We need at least one member (more are welcome!) from your executive board in attendance for the entire conference.  If you do not have at least one member in attendance for the entire conference, your student organization will not be eligible for student programming fund (SPF) requests from the Engineering Student Advisory Board for the 2014-15 academic year.

How do I register?

Every member of your organization who wishes to participate must register online individually.  The registration deadline is Friday, August 29, 2014.
