Transfer to The Durham School

If you are interested in transferring to The Durham School, then let us help ease the transition. First off, if you are a student who has completed 12 or more semester credits from a postsecondary institution, then you are considered a transfer student. So if you fit this criteria, you are on the right page.

Before you are admitted to the School, you are required to meet certain performance requirements and have completed a core of selected high school course for admission to the University. You will also be asked to submit your high school and college transcripts as part of the admission review process (college courses can be used to satisfy the high school requirements).

Transferring schools can often times seem a little overwhelming, so if you need some assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. Contact Christine Warren, our Coordinator of Student Service, with any questions or concerns you might have. You can email Christine at or schedule a meeting with her using our online scheduler.
