Allan Hale is executive director of the National Electrical Contractors Association, Nebraska Chapter. Hale is a long-time business owner and operator of several retail and service businesses. His career in the retail business spans 25 years owning businesses in Fremont, Nebraska City, and Prague, Neb.
Hale was named Retailer of the Year by the Nebraska Retail Federation, Friend of Education, by the Fremont Public Schools, and Business Person of the Year by Midland Lutheran College. Hale was president and CEO of the Fremont Area Chamber for 12 years and was a board member for the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as serving as chairman of the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce Executives.
Hale is a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Management, was recognized as an Accomplished Toastmaster, President of Fremont Rotary Club, Board of Trustees for the Mid-America Council of the Boy Scouts, and past president of United Way of Fremont.
Most recently, he owned and operated Peak Performance Coaching. Hale conducted strategic planning and business retreats for dozens of companies. He has also owned an advertising agency and marketing company that served several Omaha area businesses.
