Associate, Mechanical Engineer
Kim Cowman, P.E., is an associate and mechanical engineer with LEO A DALY in Omaha, Neb. Cowman graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Master of Architectural Engineering degree in 2004.
During her career with LEO A DALY, she has been the principal mechanical design engineer for numerous commercial buildings, primarily focusing on health care design. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and regularly completes LEED documentation for buildings seeking LEED Certification.
Cowman is an active member of the Nebraska ASHRAE (American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers) Chapter and serves as a member of the local board. She will complete her term as president of the Nebraska Chapter in 2011-12.
