About Moe Alahmad

Mahmoud (Moe) Alahmad graduated with a Ph.D. in electrical engineering in 2005, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1991 and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1989, all from the University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho, USA. He is currently an associate professor in The Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Industry experience includes over 10 years of infrastructure planning, design and analysis of electrical distribution systems for the built environment.

Dr. Alahmad is a registered Professional Engineer (PE). He is an IEEE Senior member; he is a peer reviewer for the IEEE Transaction on Industrial Electronics and IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, among other transactions.
