Please join the Nebraska Engineering Student Council at Omaha (NESCO) in celebrating National Engineers Week!  Come enjoy a variety of opportunities, provided to you by many of our student organizations, to interact with fellow students, faculty, staff and industry.  Event participants will have several opportunities to win prizes throughout the week so remember to bring your MavCard to all events.

Golden Egg Treasure Hunt
Hosted by Nebraska Engineering Student Council at Omaha (NESCO)

  • Starting on Monday, February 19 you can search for the golden eggs hidden throughout PKI and win a variety of prizes.  Some eggs will be decoys and others will include winning tickets towards Jones Bros, Qdoba, and more! 
  • One special egg will include the winning ticket for an Oculus. This special golden egg can ONLY be won by a College of Engineering student and daily clues to where this egg is hidden will be announced on NESCO's Instagram.  Follow NESCO on Instagram to keep updated! 
  • All golden egg winners should email NESCO (nesco@unomaha.edu), take a selfie with their prize ticket (make sure ticket is visible), tag NESCO on Instagram and use hashtag #NebEWeek24.
  • Prize winners can bring their eggs to the final E-Week event on Friday and redeem their tickets at the check-in table.
  • All questions should be addressed to NESCO at nesco@unomaha.edu

  • Wrap up Engineers Week with a NESCO-hosted inferno of fun! Eat plenty of food, redeem your PKI Egg Hunt tickets, participate in games, and enter the raffle for some great prizes! Come celebrate another year of engineers illuminating the world with their brilliance.

  • The moment you've all been waiting for! Final prizes will be raffled (the BIG ones) and the week's event winners will be announced. For each E-Week event you participate in throughout the week, you will receive one raffle ticket towards final prizes.  This means the more E-Week events you attend, the better your chances to win an awesome prize!
  • Must be a College of Engineering student to win final prizes AND must be present to win.
