Part-time positions are available for students with software programming background in the Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction (DSAEC) at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Two (2) students will be selected after simple tests and work with Dr. Kyungki Kim on the development of Augmented Reality (AR) and Robot Operating System (ROS) software programs at least until the end of Fall 2019. Students will be paid minimum $12.5/hour (negotiable). Desired qualifications for the positions are:

Position 1: Augmented Reality (AR)

  1. Proficient with C# programming
  2. Experience in 3D modeling and visualization
  3. Experience with Unity game engine and Hololens is a plus

Position 2: Robot Operating System (ROS)

  1. Proficient with C++ or Python programming
  2. Experience with ROS is required
