About Todd:

Todd is an Assistant Vice President of Construction within the Engineering Department for Union Pacific Railroad.   Todd is a third generation railroader who has worked the previous 21 years for Union Pacific.  He has held a variety of positions which include AVP – Structures and Track Maintenance, General Superintendent Operations – Oregon, Superintendent Operations – Kansas and Director of Track Maintenance – Kansas.   Currently, Todd leads the Structures Department, responsible for the inspection, maintenance standards and replacement of all bridge structures.  He also leads the Construction Department, responsible for any new track, facility and building construction activities.   

 Todd received a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.  He is an active American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association (AREMA) member, a member of the Bridge Technical Advisory Group at the Transportation Technology Center, Inc., and a member of the Heavy Axle Load Engineering Research Committee at the Transportation Technology Center, Inc.
