The College of Engineering is accepting applications for the inaugural cohort of Complete Engineer® Fellows. This cohort of talented faculty and staff will be charged with advocacy for the Complete Engineer® initiative and with coaching, mentoring, and evaluating undergraduate student development in the six designated competencies.
Eligibility
- COE full-time faculty
- COE full-time staff
- Must be available for training retreat on March 10-11, 2022
- Cohort Leads must have at least one year of employment in the College of Engineering
Commitment
- Two full academic years after selection
- Annual training retreat (spring semester)
- Monthly meetings
- Approximately 8-10 hours/month for student engagement (workshops, 1:1 meetings, submission review)
Benefits

- Faculty - 5% apportionment
- Staff - 5% duty reassignment
