Nancy Melby,PE, SE, LEED AP BD+C, is Vice President, Structural Project Engineer and Team Leader in the Omaha office of LEO A DALY. Nancy is responsible for day-to-day operational management and overview for professional services, including project delivery, technical processes, and resource allocation and utilization for a 34 member multi-disciplined production team. During her career with LEO A DALY, she has been the structural design engineer for numerous commercial buildings, primarily focusing on federal government and higher education facilities. Her duties have included project design, production coordination, project management, and contract administration.

Nancy graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a Master of Architectural Engineering degree in 2005. She is an active member of the Structural Engineers Association of Nebraska and serves as a member of their Board of Directors.
