WHAT DOES GRADUATING FROM NEBRASKA MEAN TO YOU?

Graduating from Nebraska is definitely a highlight of my academic journey. Being at Nebraska, I accomplished so much more than the amazing academic experience and hence was very fulfilling and wholesome. And I was able to do it two times, for my M.S. and Ph.D. What more could I ask for?

INVOLVEMENTS:

I was extensively involved in various extension engagements, including authoring UNL extension circulars. I served as a Teaching Assistant for two undergraduate and graduate classes. I was a representative of the Professional Development Committee under the Biological Systems Engineering Department Graduate Student Association.

PLANS AFTER GRADUATION:

I will serve as a post-doctoral research associate in the Biological Systems Engineering Department at UNL.

After graduation, I am most looking forward to leading efforts to make the smallest contribution in securing food security and sustainability for our planet.

THE BEST THING ABOUT BEING A HUSKER IS ...:

The friendliness you encounter every day at the welcoming campus.
