What to Expect When Receiving an NIAC Assessment

PRELIMINARY INFORMATION GATHERED

Preliminary information gathered from client's including 12 months of electricity, natural gas and water bills. As well as a map of the plant's layout and a list of equipment used in the plant.

ON-SITE VISIT TO CLIENT'S PLANT CONDUCTED

During the on-site visit, measurements are obtained, as well as identification and analysis the plant's largest energy streams and production flows. This process typically takes one day, but can take two days for larger plants.

REPORT IS SENT TO CLIENT

Reports are available to client's within 60 days of assessment. Reports contain recommendations for energy and waste reduction as well as productivity improvements furnished to the client's.

FOLLOW-UP SURVEY'S ADMINISTERED

One year after delivery of the report, a follow-up survey is administered to the client via phone or email. This survey is to determine if any recommendations were implemented, and if so, how they have positively impacted the client's plant.
