Hunter Flodman, Siamak Nejati, Jen Skidmore

Favorite Memory of UNL
Lindsey's favorite memory of UNL is making wonderful and impactful friendships that reach far beyond campus. Planning and taking trips with classmates, going to conferences, internships, co-ops, performing fermentation kinetics experiments, the list goes on ad nauseam. Lindsey's entire experience at UNL is now a blurred balance of the stress of losing her old shell, and the euphoria of finding and experiencing the world with friends who mean the world as we grow into our new space as engineers. Lindsey will most miss climbing with Kai & Andy, skating with Lou, and trying to build a rocket with Conner and Stephanie.

Future Plans
Lindsey will be going on to work as an Associate Engineer for Cargill full-time, at a sea salt plant in Newark California. She will be surfing part-time.

Who/What has inspired you during your college career?
Lindsey has been inspired by so many different faculty and staff members all over campus but found the most inspiration in the community spirit at UNL. From spending countless hours in the library, to getting the fatigue sillies at any time of day, to planning events and trips, slowly becoming best pals, and learning to proudly "send it", there is a plethora of shared experiences of Nebraska Engineering students, but she'll forever insist there is nothing quite like the vibe in the Chemical Engineering department at UNL.
