Megan will be going to grad school at University of Nebraska Medical Center and plans to get a PhD in immunology and pathology.
Who/What has inspired you during your college career?
In Megan's classes, she has learned about many health issues people face, and seeing how many people are impacted by significant health issues has inspired her to attempt to develop treatments or cures for them. She is really fascinated by the immune system and diseases that interact with it for a few years, but seeing the amazing achievement of the record-breaking development of multiple Covid vaccines has inspired her even more to study the immune system.
The best thing about being a Husker is...
The people are amazing! We also have a beautiful campus and she loves going to Husker games.
