Future Plans
Shantell will be going on to work as a Mechanical Engineer and eventually start a company with her husband to promote environmentally friendly manufacturing processes.
Who/What has inspired you during your college career?
Shantell has been inspired by the steps she had to take to get to this point. As a non-traditional student, balancing school life with being a parent has been stressful. Couple that with a completely different field than previously studied, from music to engineering, and it makes a pretty bumpy road. She has been guided by her faith, her family, and her commitment to excellence to succeed in her new path.

How unified the campus is. We are a community, and we keep each other safe and supported.
