Sherrie is currently the VP of Technology for Hubbell Utility Solutions responsible for product development, leading the engineering and software teams, and driving innovation across the segment.  Hubbell Utility Solutions is a $2.5 Billion global business unit and is a leading provider of infrastructure solutions to the electric, gas, and water utility markets.

Sherrie previously worked at ABB where she was the CTO for ABB Power Conversion, responsible for developing power solutions for a variety of applications.  Sherrie had a 20 year career at GE in a variety of R&D roles of increasing responsibility in both research and product development. Prior to this, she worked for the Central Intelligence Agency.

Sherrie attended the University of Nebraska - Lincoln and graduated with a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering with Highest Distinction.  Sherrie is DFSS Black Belt certified, a licensed Professional Engineer, and has seven patents on sensor technologies.  Sherrie was active in the Dallas Regional Chamber Executive Women’s Roundtable, is a volunteer mentor with Everwise, and hosts a podcast Courage to Be Seen.

Sherrie was named D CEO Magazine 2019 Dallas 500 – most powerful and influential business leaders in North Texas, awarded Dallas Business Journal 2018 Women in Technology, and Women in Technology award for GE Energy in 2009.
