Wellness Week: Affirmation

Daily Affirmation:

While we must look behind us and reflect on where we have come from, we also need to prepare our minds as we seek wellness. In order to avoid stagnation and press towards our goals, we must believe that we can achieve them and that we deserve success. To start shifting your perspective, repeat these quotes or any that you find inspiring and work to live it out throughout the day!

  • Day 1- “Embrace the glorious mess that you are.” ~ Elizabeth Gilbert
  • Day 2- “Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” ~ Brene Brown
  • Day 3- “Am I good enough? Yes, I am.” ~ Michelle Obama

  • Day 5- “I’m better than I used to be. Better than I was yesterday. But hopefully not as good as I’ll be tomorrow.” ~ Marianne Williamson

The way each of these sections is set up is that they can be done week after week. I hope that at the end of Wellness Week these sections will help you implement long-term change and set goals to move toward Living Well.
