Ben Schnatz 

Ben Schnatz is from Valley, Nebraska and is pursuing his Master's Degree in Architectural Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering. He is a member of the Architectural Engineering Student Leadership and Advisory Committee, and previously served as president of the Earthquake Engineering Research Institute UNL Chapter. He has interned for the past three years at Enterprise Precast Concrete in Omaha and has been pursuing his pilot's license in his free time.

Dylan Downes

Dylan Downes is from Lincoln, Nebraska and is a senior in Civil Engineering at UNL. In addition to Tau Beta Pi, he is the president and founder of the UNL Street Art and Mural Club, the president of UNL’s chapter of Chi Epsilon, and a secretary of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) UNL Student Chapter. He has been an intern for the Road-Bridge team at Olsson since January 2020.

Aaron Haake

Aaron Haake is from Lincoln, NE and is a senior in Mechanical Engineering at UNL. In addition to Tau Beta Pi, Aaron is a member of UNL Robotics Club and the UNL Honors Program. He is also an undergraduate researcher in the Smart Materials and Robotics Laboratory headed by Dr. Eric Markvicka. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, boating, and going to the dog park.

Emily Ritzdorf is studying Architectural Engineering with an emphasis in lighting electrical and currently in her master’s year. She plans on working for Burns and McDonnell in Kansas City, MO after graduation. Some new skills she is currently learning are to play the guitar and long board!

Jack Wilke

Jack Wilke is from Lincoln, Nebraska and is a fifth-year senior in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in structural engineering. Jack is involved in ASCE, Chi Epsilon, and Lincoln Berean College Group. In the past summer, he was a structural engineering intern at HDR. His hobbies include biking, running, and listening to music. After graduation, he plans to pursue a master's degree in civil engineering and work part time in the structural engineering field.
