Emily Prokop is a Senior Business Consultant with over 19 years of experience in business operations, project management, and analytics.  She has provided predictive, iterative, and hybrid solutions in the United States and overseas by transforming processes, optimizing efficiencies, performing data analyses, cultivating collaboration, developing strategies, and aligning organizational vision across the enterprise.

Emily currently assumes fiscal responsibility for a $6B+ planning budget and works closely with stakeholders across disparate organizations to correct system and data inconsistencies.  Additionally, she spearheads multiple agile initiatives resulting in the development of user-friendly enterprise-level dashboards that track planning parameters and compares executed strategic objectives assisting leadership with rendering quick-turn decisions.

In the past, Emily had the privilege to oversee seven complex, large-scale projects simultaneously for the renovation of 3700+ military housing units across 19 neighborhoods and to lead the development and delivery of an operations research simulation model for complex war systems predicting military outcomes from diverse global threats.  Her keen ability to devise present and future impacts to an organization, identify anomalies within multiple faucets of information, and translate data into actionable intelligence establishes a foundation for success.
