Durham School board attending a board meeting.

The Durham School Advisory Board

The Durham School Advisory Board, which is comprised of industry leaders, philanthropic donors, the School Director, the College of Engineering Dean, and the University Chancellor, oversees the approximately $30 million Durham Endowment for the benefit of the School. The Durham School Advisory Board meets on a quarterly basis to discuss and establish strategic plans for the School, funding opportunities, and initiatives for collaboration between the School, College, University, and Industry. The endowment proceeds have a significant impact on School operations as they have been allocated to support School staff positions, undergraduate scholarships, graduate assistantships, program innovations, and special initiatives.
