AV Support for Classroom Technology

Learning Space AV Support provides audio-visual support services for the College of Engineering and its departments. 

For immediate assistance, call 402-472-0700 (Lincoln) or 402-554-2185 (Omaha). 

This Service Will Provide:

  • Technical support for AV equipment in the room and rented
  • Cables, adapters, carts, batteries, etc.
  • Podiums
  • Document Cameras
  • Megaphones
  • Projectors, Monitors, Projection Screens, and Speakers
  • Microphones, PA Systems
  • Teaching aids: Power-Point remotes/laser pointers
  • DVD, Blu-ray, Film Screenings (16mm, 35mm) 

This Service Does Not Provide:

  • Classroom repairs (HVAC, lighting, furniture, custodial)
  • Assistance with creation of presentations
  • Computer Network service/repair issues
  • Network service/repair issues
  • AV repairs or system design
  • Classroom supplies (Chalk, erasers, markers, Blue Books)

  1. As much advanced notification as possible when requesting support for scheduling purposes.
  2. Last-minute requests are responded to on a first-come/first-served basis and is based on staff availability.
