Our focus is the interplay between electrical, optical and mechanical aspect of mesoscale systems to develop devices for applications in medicine, biology and energy.
Engineering is the focus of our lab. However, as the time difference between fundamental sciences to applied research to engineering development from Faraday's time to today has shrunk form a century to less than a decade; it is inevitable to develop technology without performing fundamental research.
