The Kiewit Scholars Program has been instrumental in preparing me for life after graduation. Beyond the classroom, it gave me the tools to think like a leader—how to communicate effectively, solve problems collaboratively, and adapt in the face of challenges. The program's focus on intentional leadership development, hands-on experiences, and mentorship has given me a strong foundation. Through site visits, speaker series, and direct engagement with industry professionals, I’ve gained clarity on where I want to go—and how to get there.
