I was born in Yankton, South Dakota, but have spent most of my life in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am majoring in Civil Engineering with a minor in business. I attended Lincoln Southwest High School and found myself busy with volleyball, basketball, varsity track for four years, but most notably Unified Showing- a club where kids with disabilities are introduced to the 4H community through showing lambs.
When I have spare time I enjoy working out, watching movies, reading, and doing anything outside! Being a well-rounded and informed individual has always been a continuously developing goal of mine, and I feel so excited and blessed to be given this opportunity with a company that shares such similar values. It really spoke to me that Kiewit develops people as a whole and not exclusively as engineers.
Through the Kiewit Scholars program, I am aspiring to be the best version of myself, become the most equipped for engineering, and launch myself into the rest of my post-college years.
