I'm from Stevensville, Michigan, but I've been cheering for the Huskers since I was born. In high school, I was involved in the Math and Science Center, National Honor Society, and Key Club, while also staying active through cross-country and track. Through Key Club and my church's youth group, I was able to serve the community around me and travel to serve other communities such as Alaska and North Carolina. I am currently pursuing a degree in civil engineering, where I hope to design and build infrastructure that will improve the lives of people all over the world.  Through the Kiewit Scholars Program, I am looking forward to gaining real-world experience through the summer internship.
