The Program
As part of the college’s overarching vision to improve the lives of every Nebraskan and solve problems of global importance, the Complete Engineer® is our commitment to helping every student, staff member and faculty member develop technically, professionally, and personally.In 2016, the college introduced the Complete Engineer® Program, which focuses on enhancing the strong technical knowledge and foundation with the addition of six essential, non-technical core competencies. These competencies were determined with valuable input from industry regarding their needs for well-rounded employees and leaders.
