Phillip Power earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and M.E. in Engineering Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He has worked as an engineering manager across the automotive, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries, specializing in highly regulated and matrixed environments with direct product and process responsibility.
His expertise includes product and process development, validation, risk assessment, root cause analysis, project management, and quality management system (QMS) development. As a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, he has completed improvement projects at Becton Dickinson, 3M, and Zoetis, including process optimizations that saved $500,000.
Phillip is a Certified Professional in Engineering Management (CPEM) and a member of both the American Society for Engineering Management (ASEM) and the Engineering Management Honors Society. He currently serves as a Validation Program Manager at Zoetis.
