The Engineering Readiness Academy (ERA) is a bridge program that aims to prepare incoming engineering, computing, and construction management students for academic, personal, and career success in the College of Engineering. ERA students get an early start to college by refreshing their math skills and building a community of other incoming students through team building projects and social activities.
