Nancy Pridal

Nancy Pridal, P.E., Env SP, is CEO/President at Lamp Rynearson and guides the firm’s overall strategy. She has been with Lamp Rynearson since 1997 and worked at the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers prior to that.

As a civil engineer with a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Pridal applies a diverse skillset to drive strategy and organizational change company-wide. Responsible for remote strategic planning, office leadership, human resources, marketing and organizational development teams, she impacts current pursuits and steers the firm’s future direction.

Active in the community, Pridal is also a member of the University of Nebraska President’s Advisory Council, the Engineering Change Lab (ECL)-USA steering committee and the Greater Omaha Chamber Board of Directors. She is also the Chair of the Metropolitan Area Planning Association (MAPA) H2050 Regional Planning Action Committee (RPAC).
