Graham Kaufman earned his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UNL. He works in the Center for Electro-optics and Functionalized Surfacesalong with an interdisciplinary research team. His fields of study include understanding the fundamental principles of laser-induced micro- and nanostructures and utilizing ultra-short pulsed laser processed surfaces to enhance materials for applications in extreme wetting, two-phase heat transfer, radiative heat transfer and more.
