The MEM program at UNL gave me the frameworks and confidence to lead at a much higher level. In under 2 years since starting the program, I have advanced through two major career moves, first at Nesma (one of the biggest construction companies in the middle east) and most recently into a group director role at SSCL (Saudi Service Company); where I'm leading a major merger integration and controlling 10,000+ assets. The discipline, rigor, and professionalism I built through this degree made that trajectory possible, and I'll always be grateful for it.
