At the UNL College of Engineering, we're proud of our alumni. Our degree programs are rigorous, shaping excellence in our students' skills. The challenge of becoming a NEBRASKA engineer builds not only capabilities but also lasting friendships with classmates and professors.
Our students grow to recognize opportunities to contribute to the world. The varied paths of our alumni progress with lifelong learning and reach back to connect with the next generation. This is how our alumni's expertise and passion uphold the traditions of 100-plus years of Nebraska Engineering.
GET INVOLVED

Dr. Lester Krogh, '45 CHME
Fittingly, in February during National Engineers Week, we honor a Nebraska Engineering alumnus who led the research division of 3M and had a 38-year career with the company. Dr. Les Krogh '45 (CHME) died in January 2013, but this past fall we interviewed him: his wisdom is shared in this video. He developed many items, and was involved in the creation of Post-It Notes.
