Ryan Curtis, PE, EDAC, LEED AP BD+C and architectural engineering alumnus from The Durham School of Architectural Engineering and Construction, was recently recognized as one of Omaha's "40 Under 40" by the Midlands Business Journal.

The designation recognizes a group of 40 as the greater Omaha area's top entrepreneurs, executives and professionals under the age of 40.

Curtis, who earned a master's degree in architectural engineering from The Durham School in 2006, currently works as Senior Associate and Senior Structural Project Engineer at Leo A Daly in Omaha and was named a top 15 Rising Star by Civil + Structural Engineer Magazine in 2014.

"We are very proud of Ryan and his continued record of accomplishments as an outstanding engineer and leader," said Clarence Waters, professor of architectural engineering in The Durham School. "He has always been self-driven and hard-working. This is one additional confirmation of his many talents."
