In 1993, Eric began his career in the engineering industry. He graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and joined JEO Consulting Group. His technical expertise centers around municipal water and wastewater systems, and includes all phases of a project from system evaluations and design to finance and construction. Throughout his tenure at JEO, he has been a leader at all levels of the firm, serving as project manager, department manager, and chief operating officer. Now as a principal at JEO, he leads multiple departments, serves as a board member, coordinates business partnerships and is responsible for the development of several new services at JEO. Eric is licensed in seven states and is a member of the American Water Works Association and the Water Environment Federation.
