Lucas Weatherly, PE is a Vice President and Client Manager with Olsson in Omaha, Nebraska, where he has built a nearly two-decade career in civil engineering and land development.  Since joining the firm as an intern in 2007, he has advanced through a series of technical and leadership roles, developing broad expertise in multi-disciplinary land development projects, including entitlements, platting, floodplain permitting, civil site design, public improvements, construction administration, and project close-out.  A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, Lucas has combined technical knowledge with a strong commitment to client service and community impact. 

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Lucas has demonstrated a deep dedication to community and industry engagement.  He has served on the boards of Habitat for Humanity of Omaha, Habitat for Humanity of Sarpy County, and Engineers Club of Omaha, including leadership roles as Vice President, President, and Past President.  He is a proud graduate of Leadership Omaha class of 45.  He has also supported the next generation of engineers through volunteer work with UNO Senior Design and classroom presentations in multi-disciplinary land development.  Known for his passion for giving back, Lucas brings a thoughtful blend of engineering expertise, leadership, and community-minded service to every role he takes on.
