To reserve College of Engineering-owned classrooms, conference rooms and event spaces, use the University of Nebraska Reservations and Events (EMS) site. EMS is also used for general purpose classrooms on City Campus and Scott Campus, which includes facilities and rooms for UNL, UNO, UNK and UNMC.
You will use your campus identity username and password.

Car Reservations - City Campus

Vehicles can be rented via UNL Fleet Management (Rental Request) as the college does not maintain individual cars on City Campus. Faculty, staff and students must be approved as authorized drivers through UNL Fleet Management prior to reserving and driving a university vehicle. |

Car Reservations - Scott Campus

Two cars are available to reserve from Scott Campus via the University of Nebraska Space Reservations and Events site (EMS). Once the reservation is approved, the car key can be picked up in the Engineering Student Services front office area in PKI. The vehicles are as follows:
Priority will be given in the order shown: (1) teaching purposes, (2) official college business and (3) other university business. Faculty, staff and students must be approved as authorized drivers through UNL Fleet Management prior to reserving and driving a university vehicle. |
