Tell us more about your plans:
I have been accepted to the University of Georgia to pursue my master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. I have been awarded an assistantship to work under Dr. Brian Bledsoe so that I can research habitat restoration. I hope to apply the green infrastructure and ecological engineering principles I learned at UNL to aid in the recovery of freshwater and marine ecosystems.

Who/What has inspired you during your college career?
I have been most inspired by my family, friends, and professors. My family have shown me the utmost support in pursuing my passions at UNL and have always been there for me when I needed them. I greatly enjoyed making friends with a community of people who share my goals in my courses, as well as enjoying the diversity campus has to offer. I am also indebted to my professors for being so gracious during COVID and for setting the groundwork for my success in my future career.
