Favorite Memory of UNL
Alex's favorite memory of UNL is the time he helped out during The Big Event with Pi Tau Sigma. Getting to know the lives and histories of the people in the community, working to make it a better place with his friends, and even getting a loaf of banana bread at the end of the day made that weekend one to remember for a long time.
Future Plans
Alex will be going on to work at Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue, Nebraska as an HVAC general engineer for two years. During that time, Alex will also be taking online courses to complete his Master of Engineering Management degree. After the two years at Offutt, Alex isn't sure where life will take him next, though he hopes it will be somewhere sunny and/or coastal.
Who/What has inspired you during your college career?
Alex has been inspired by his parents, friends, and family; his professors; his many part-time job and internship coworkers, supervisors, and mentors; and his love for life-long learning and individual growth and development.
