Dr. Jason Hawkins is currently looking for one one Undergraduate Research Assistant to join his research group and conduct research in the area of circularity in beef supply chains. This research is part of a larger interdisciplinary project focused on circularity in beef production. Circularity is based on moving away from linear production models (raw materials -> production -> waste) toward a sustainable and circular production model.
The undergraduate research assistant position is available right now. There are no specific technical skills required for this position. A basic knowledge of Excel, Python, and/or R would be helpful. Background in environmental and/or transportation analysis would also be an asset.
