The COE Inclusive Excellence Lunch & Learn offers lunchtime sessions where faculty and staff come together to learn about inclusive excellence. This is an effort in response to one of the outcomes of the climate survey conducted in Fall 2021, i.e., to improve general knowledge and culture of DEI in the COE community.
Starting in fall 2022, the series covered topics like bias, allyship, identity, privilege, covering, DEI at UNL, and helping students with disabilities. Over 56 faculty and staff joined, with 41 unique participants. You can find more about last year's series through this link.
